Is the log book suitable for a beginner?
Yes! We have included some beginner tips about gym etiquette, basic nutrition and programmes at the start of the book. There are also step by step guides showing what to write in each section of the log pages.
How long will my product take to get here?
As our product is only available currently through Amazon, the delivery time is based on which delivery method you opt for. Most delivery times in the UK are within 5 days.
I am a personal trainer, would it be useful for my clients?
Absolutely!! We have met with various personal trainers during testing of the book and all have admitted that it is great for tracking their clients progress, helping them understand their programmed workouts and subsequent progression.
